SALETELLIGENCE Hospital Days 2018 – Follow-up
In a slightly different format the Hospital Days attracted numerous participants of the pharmaceutical and medical device industry to our events in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich. With great interest, the attendees listened to the hands-on presentations and contributed actively within open discussions or with questions subsequently after the events.
Key elements of the events have been the hospital quality reports and its preparation by SALETELLIGENCE in form of the Hospital Navigator. On the basis of profound data, the online tool provides numerous features fascilitating complex analyses and the extraction of relevant information in an intuitive and easy-to-use manner. Features include the creation of case number baskets and a multi-year case number comparison. In addition, case studies covered consumption data in hygiene areas, hospital devices as well as ambulant case numbers.

Further important topics and specific questions of the participants have been answered in plenary discussons. These included the site relation of the quality reports which gains in importance due to emerging buying centers and groups or the integration of case numbers in CRM systems enabling sales reps fast access to hospital potentials and specific hospital information.

Profiling of medical labs in Germany
Currently around 450 medical labs are located in Germany. They have different activity areas, examination methods and test materials. In a customer project, SALETELLIGENCE has evaluated those attributes and general information (e.g. name, address, contact data, etc.) of medical labs systematically.
